貨物入境美國包裝不合格被罰款并退運包裝處理

- 7 CFR319.69 代表的意思是 “不得使用新鮮的和干的植物源性包裝材料(例如稻草)”
最終處理結果是去掉包裝，送貨后，將包裝退回到國內了。
